Pattaravadee (Dee) has extensive experience 20 years in intellectual property. Dee practiced as an associate in the area of the intellectual property law firm Frank International Co. Ltd., Afterwards, she was a senior associate at a mid-sized Bangkok-based independent commercial law firm AWP & Alliance Ltd. in 2011 – previously known as Apisith & Alliance Ltd. and was promoted to partner in intellectual property practice in the Year 2015.
Before joining JTJB in February 2023, Dee advised clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including trademark registration and prosecution, both in-bound and out-bound, as well as patent and patent design filings in Thailand and abroad. She also has expertise in IP advisory and Intellectual property law transactional issues, including due diligence, trademark licenses, and franchising. She was entrusted with local and international clients to manage their intellectual property portfolio by assisting in planning and executing global and regional intellectual property law and practice.
