Biography & Practice Focus
Kanitta graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ramkhamhaeng University in 2013 and successfully obtained the Attorney License in later years.
In her practice, Kanitta focuses on a broad range of IP issues including IP availability searches, recordation and registration, anti-counterfeiting strategies, and enforcement actions. She regularly works with dependable outside counsel in numerous countries worldwide to ensure strong IP protection for her Thai and overseas clients.
Prior to joining JTJB in February 2023, Kanitta practiced IP law for more than 8 years. She has extensive experience advising clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including copyrights recordation, trademark registration, and prosecution for inbound, especially outbound, as well as patent and design filings in Thailand and overseas. She also has expertise in IP advisory and transactional issues including due diligence and trademark licenses
