Wethaka is a senior associate in JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok. Wethaka’s practice is centered on Corporate and Commercial law, with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise spans a wide spectrum of industries, catering to both domestic and international clients. Wethaka’s primary goal is to provide comprehensive legal solutions that align with her clients’ strategic objectives, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and minimizing risk.

Upon completing her Bachelor of Laws from a prestigious law school, Wethaka embarked on a journey to master the intricacies of corporate law in the corporate department of international law firms in Thailand over 8 years. Her extensive experience advising clients both private and public companies in all areas of corporate & commercial laws including:

• mergers & acquisitions in both domestic and international transaction;
• legal due diligence for the acquisition transactions, listing requirements and other business engagement purposes;
• commercial contracts and transactions;
• foreign investment (including Board of Investment and foreign business license/certificate);
• land and real estate contracts and transactions; and
• employment relation and labor issues and agreemen.
