BIOGRAPHY & PRACTICE FOCUS

Pawarun graduated with an LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University. She is a qualified attorney and a member of the Thai Bar Association. She completed an LL.M. in Maritime Law at the University of Southampton.

Prior to joining JTJB, Pawarun developed her practice in dispute resolution, representing clients from the pre-litigation stage through court and arbitration proceedings. Her experience covers international trade disputes, construction and insurance claims, maritime matters involving ship arrest and release, and arbitration, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. She has also acted in bankruptcy and business rehabilitation proceedings.

Pawarun advises on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on international trade, shipping, and maritime-related disputes. She represents both Thai and international corporate clients and draws on her experience in corporate matters to provide commercially focused and practical legal solutions.
