EXPERIENCE

Om-in Suwanchaluay is an associate in JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok. Prior to joining JTJB, Om-in practiced in international and boutique law firms after obtaining his LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2022. Om-in has fundamental experience working on numerous general corporate tasks and assisting on various M&A projects.

CREDENTIALS

In regard to the practice in the field of general corporate and M&A, Om-in’s experiences are as follows:

• Assisting on the M&A project representing the renowned coating company
• Assisting on the M&A project representing the leading construction consulting  company
• Assisting on the undertaking of domestic process in relation to the M&A project of the international business consulting company
• Preparing and submitting the respective applications to diverse government agencies, e.g., the Department of Business Development, the Revenue Department, the Department of Intellectual property (in the field of trademark), and the Social Security Office
• Assisting the notable international hotel on obtaining the hotel licenses and relevant licenses, e.g., entertainment complex license, restaurant license, and excise license for several phases
• Drafting and providing legal advice on plenty legal matters, e.g., corporate & commercial, employment, land allocation, and visa planning
