Kittipoj Kittikachorn is an associate in JTJB International Lawyers Bangkok, active in the field of dispute and resolution practice. • Represented the client in defending an objection to appointing an administrator of an estate.
• Represented a listed company in the real estate sector in claiming damages arising out of the violation of an underwriting agreement against a leading financial securities company.
• Represented a solar rooftop implant company in claiming damages arising out of the violation of a construction contract against a sub-contractor in connection with Provincial Electricity Authority construction projects.
• Represented an international logistic company in claiming cross-border shipping fees against an international shipper company.
