• Advising and assisting clients in arbitration proceedings.
• Revising, reviewing, and drafting contracts of employment, pre-nuptial agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, settlement agreements, wills and testaments, and other commercial agreements.
• Revising, reviewing, and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements, consent forms, and Data Sharing Agreements.
