BIOGRAPHY & PRACTICE FOCUS

Kanitta graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ramkhamhaeng University in 2013 and subsequently obtained her Attorney License.

Prior to joining JTJB in February 2023, she practiced intellectual property law for more than 8 years. She has extensive experience advising clients across all areas of IP law, including copyright recordation, trademark registration and prosecution, as well as patent and design filings both in Thailand and overseas.

In her practice, Kanitta focuses on outbound matters, developing global IP strategies for clients and coordinating with reliable outside counsel in numerous jurisdictions to ensure robust IP protection for both Thai and international clients.
